For example, when each player is charged just $3 extra per round and figuring 2 players per cart.  With each cart being used only an average of 4 times a week (this would be considered very low useage), the initial investment would be payed back in just 6 Months.  When charges are increased and/or the use is more, then the time for total payback would be greatly reduced.
